We worked with Bethany Tanner for our house purchase. Buying a house in the Austin are is very challenging given the hot market! She was referred to us by my brother in law (Spokane realtor) who researched realty agencies in the Austin area. Space is not enough to fully report the positive experience we had with her. Great personality, gracious, savvy/good acumen, area knowledge, and close communication. She had an excellent strategy for working with the seller so the deal would work without being too exorbitant.
